Matthew Greenley has been the Director of the International Cooperation Department of IRCEM since 2014. Matthew has technical and economic knowledge, skills and experiences in project management and international cooperation. He received his bachelor’s degree in Telecomunciations (2008) and has has a masters in International Development with a focus on durable practices (2015). He spent two years in the Republic of Moldova as a volunteer English teacher for Peace Corps and his master thesis has a focus on the Republic of Moldova’s energy dependency and the potential of renewable energy as a solution. Moreover, Matthew completed a series of courses and specialisations in domains such as English, education and development, entrepreneurship, international communication and development, durable development, film production, web design and social and corporate responsibility.
