In this moment, we have available the following internship jobs: project manager, target group coordinator, management assistant, translation and text interpretation responsible and PR responsible.
PUBLIC RELATIONS RESPONSIBLE
Activities envisaged during the internship
The trainees will be involved in a series of activities deployed within the institute and will benefit the support of a team of experts.
· Multimedia and cross-media production: vectoral graphic for logos, digital products, video registration and editing;
· Editorial production and desktop publishing: design and realization of digital flyers or on paper, journals, magazines and books;
· Web communication: planning and management of the communication campaigns on web platforms and social networks and on the institutional or project websites. Planning and management of massive e-mail communication campaigns.
Competencies and knowledge acquired at the end of the stage:
· Cotemporary communication in social target characteristics;
· Methodologies and tools for the planning of an efficient and conscient use of different communication forms;
· Basic techniques and tools for analysis and multimedia design;
· Basic techniques and tools for the editorial production and desktop publishing;
· Basic techniques and tools for management of the communication campaigns on web platforms and social networks;
· Methodologies and language of web communication and the functional organization of content;
· Planning and management of events and meetings.

RESPONSIBLE OF TRANSLATION AND ADAPTATION OF TEXT
The activities related to the internship:
· Analysis of the work internal dynamic of a team project;
· Use of sectoral language related to the European framework.
Competencies and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship:
· Transversal competencies;
· Competencies related to formal and informal education;
· Competencies in the social, cultural fields as well as in educational research;
· Competencies in activities related to specific social groups;
· Competencies in translation and adaptation techniques which are consecutives / simultaneous;
· General linguistic competencies and language teaching competencies;
· Knowledge of programs and European policy;
·Knowledge of local and European context through the implementation of a series of activities.
ASISTENT MANAGER
Activities during the internship:
· Administrative activities;
· Connection activities and response to phone and emails;
· Maintenance of liaisons with clients;
· Document management through the operation system PC MS Office – WORD, EXCEL, etc.
· Management of the IRCEM’s webpage as well as social networks.
Competencies and knowledge acquired at the end of the stage:
· Transversal competencies;
· Competencies regarding the analysis of the internal work dynamic of IRCEM;
· Capacity to connect to local and international stakeholders.
TARGET GROUP COORDINATOR
The internship will take place within the IRCEM’s socio-cultural department
Activities during the stage:
· Opportunities for NGO sector monitoring and analysis;
· Realizing materials for the target groups and for partners;
· Studies, research and recommendations realization with regard to the NGO sector;
· Coordination of projects for the development of civil society (elaboration, implementation);
· Maintenance and development of the relationship with the target group, partners, authorities and authorities in the field.
Competencies and knowledge acquired at the end of the stage:
· Transversal competencies;
· Competencies regarding the analysis of the internal dynamic of work of a project;
· Competencies in the field of formal and informal education;
· Competencies in the fields of research within developed projects;
· Competencies within the activities related to specific social groups;
· Competencies in the coordination of activities from the implemented projects;
· Knowledge of local contexts and European ones through developing a large area of activities;
· Capacity to connect to local and international stakeholders.
PROJECT MANAGER
Activities within the internship:
· The internees will be involved in 3 different activities which will be coordinated and supported by a team of experts;
· Project application writing: read and analyze the project calls and develop an application conformity within each program;
· Management of the activities at a local level / international level (research, working groups,training, networks creation, etc.);
· General management of the daily tasks of the organization.
Competencies and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship:
· Transversal competencies;
· Competencies regarding the analysis of the internal working dynamic of a project;
· Competencies in the field of education both formal and informal;
· Competencies in the social, cultural and educational research;
· Competencies regarding specific social groups;
· Application writing competencies;
· Knowledge of local contexts and of European ones through a large variety of actions;
· Capacity to connect local and international stakeholders.
INTERNSHIP
The internship programs objectives are to connect mainly young talented people who are presently in the 3rd and 4th years of the bachelor and master programs, but not solely, who desire to gain experience in the non-profit environment. Through our internship program, young people can learn more about research, involvement in projects, international mobility and exploring what they want to do later. We will support the students with coaching, recommendation letters and other types of support. The trainees and the coaches will discuss the objectives, the expectations and the work program at the beginning of the program and all along the stages.
